Free Shipping on Canada Orders over CA$69:  Add CA$69 or more worth of items into your cart (before taxes, fees & after discounts/promo codes) to enjoy free shipping for all orders with a Canada address.

Rural/Remote areas: Certain locations which are determined by our shipping providers do require additional shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.

International Shipping: We ship out of Montreal, Quebec. Outside Canada, we only ship to USA and India currently. The shipping rates will be determined automatically based on the shipping service at the checkout.

Customs and Duties for International Orders: For India, the customs duty and other charges will have to be paid by the customer directly to the carrier on the receipt of the item in India. For USA, the required custom documents will be handled by us and in case of any changes, we would reach out to our US customers directly. In case of any changes to that, we will communicate to you via email and seek your consent before the shipment.

30 Day Returns (for Canada Orders only): If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team. Once we have received your return request, we will assess the problem to ensure we can help you in the best possible way. We will email you a return label to put on your box and return to us. We will fully refund any unused product for a period of 30 days after shipping date. The product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the product(s). Upon product(s) receipt, we’ll process the refund in approx. 24-48 hours.

International Returns (for US and India Orders): In most cases it’s not cost effective to return a product from outside Canada due to shipping and customs fees. If you would like to return a product from outside Canada, please contact our Customer Support Team.

*Please note, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. In addition, if you live in any remote area where the cost of shipping the item is higher then the cost of the item itself, we have the right to cancel your order.
